Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive a confirmation via email or text message.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping, with an additional 3-day processing time. For those in need of expedited delivery, we offer express shipping options, guaranteeing delivery within 1-2 business days.
During peak periods such as major sales or the holiday season (November-December), shipping may take slightly longer, typically 7-10 business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS. If you encounter any delivery issues, such as a discrepancy between your tracking status and actual receipt of the item, please reach out to USPS for further assistance.

REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY
Store credit only, no cash refunds!
If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns or exchanges.
Our return/exchange policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. However, this policy does not apply during sales. Items purchased at a discounted price during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee of $10 for exchanges. Please include your order number in the "for" section when reshipping your order and provide confirmation.

1.What is the shipping duration? Typically, shipping takes around 3-4 business days.
2.Do you provide refunds? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. Additionally, we offer store credit.
3.What if my package is returned to sender? If your package is returned, we can resend it to you upon receipt. Please note that a reshipment fee will apply before we can resend your package.
4.How can I cancel my order? While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, you can return your items according to our return policy once they have been delivered.
5.Can I apply a discount code after my purchase? Unfortunately, discounts cannot be added to orders that have already been placed. Please use your code on your next purchase instead!
